Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond pulp (Leftover pulp from making Almond Milk)
1 tb olive oil
1 tb lemon juice
2 tb nutritional yeast
1 tb dried herbs of choice (I used oregano)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix until well combined.
2. Transfer to a ramekin lined with cling film/baking paper and press tightly.
3. Refrigerate for a few hours.
4. Flip out and enjoy!
Notes:
* The best way to eat almonds is soaked overnight and skin removed. Almond skin is hard to digest. It also contains tannins, which prevent the complete absorption of nutrients.
